Do you offer room service and is it available 24 hours?
Answer:
Yes, we provide room service from 06.00am to 12.00 midnight.
Is your private beach adjacent to the property or is transportation needed?
Answer:
Our resort is surrounded by the beach and the beach is just in front of our Beach Villa.
Is alcohol included in the all-inclusive package?
Answer:
Yes, the all-inclusive package includes alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
What is the cost of a round trip by seaplane from the airport?
Answer:
The cost of a return seaplane transfer is around $610.
How much does it cost to add dinner to a stay?
Answer:
Half-board basis set menu is $110 per adult per day, and there is also an a la carte menu with different prices.
Are water rides and other activities included?
Answer:
Non-motorized water sports activities like snorkeling, kayaking, stand up paddle boats, etc. are complimentary.
What is the impact of COVID-19 on the activities, restaurants, and bars?
Answer:
All is operational in the resort as in normal days, with some limitations on guests on the boat for excursions. We do serve wine, beer, and alcoholic cocktails in the resort.
Is shisha available at the property?
Answer:
Yes, shisha is available.
Do you have any honeymoon promotions?
Answer:
Yes, we are currently hosting an online promotion for a 5-day, 4-night stay.
Are there secluded villas for privacy?
Answer:
Our villas are not situated next to each other, but if you use the ocean, it may be visible.
Do you offer boat/ferry transfers from the mainland?
Answer:
We offer seaplane and domestic flight transfers, with rates starting at $450 nett per person.
Can you provide a flat screen TV in the overwater room?
Answer:
We do not have flat screen televisions inside the rooms, but we can arrange private movie nights in front of your villa on request.
Is it possible to leave the resort by seaplane at 8:30 am for an 11:30 am flight?
Answer:
We recommend being at the airport 3 hours prior to your international flight.
Can extra beds be provided for children in a room?
Answer:
We would need to know the age of each child before confirming.
Do you have cycling facilities?
Answer:
Yes, but subject to availability.
Which room type is closest to the house reef and do you have bicycles?
Answer:
The Sunset Water Pool Villa has access to the reef, and all villas have access to the reef in Noku Resorts. Bicycles are subject to availability on the day.
Will I need two modes of transportation to get to the island from Male airport?
Answer:
No, you will only need to take a seaplane direct to the resort.
Can you arrange a COVID-19 PCR test before departing and how much does it cost?
Answer:
Yes, we can arrange a PCR test for $100 nett per person plus $50 for the return boat transfer for 2 adults. The total price is $250 nett for 2 persons.
Is there cellular signal available on the atoll for roaming?
Answer:
Yes, roaming is available.
